Alberto Oliveira was born in São Paulo, SP, in 1976, painting and drawing since childhood, He attained his studies in arts workshops at ‘Oficina Cultura Oswald de Andrade’ in São Paulo. He held his first solo exhibition in Sweden in 2004 called ‘Transparencia’ and first group exhibitions at “Estação Ciência and MAC-USP – São Paulo University Contemporany Art Museum” called “Em Torno de Zumbi” in 1996. In 2006 Alberto was chosen to represent Brazil in the renown Biennale in Florence. He participated in several group exhibitions and projects such as the ‘Olive Wine Art Festival’ in Cyprus in 2008. Oliveira lives and works in São Paulo, SP.
