We are thinking about a school,of sorts; no classes, no students, no teachers!    A shrine for painters & their art. Want to participate ?
Show us a few ideas \ reasonings***.

Who do you admire,look to or see as a mentor? [it can be from any period, culture] ..and You may have many mentors. [this is not college; you must actually be able to say SOMETHING about your artist; know why

you are impressed by this artist. You can unfold for us some theory about art, perhaps why\how art relates to real or underlying progress or spirituality.

How you have grown with your art .Can you state. something about how art relates to money, can you say how \ why art is necessary in this human experience? or how does art of painting point us toward the art-of-living, itself. What’s it all mean? In what direction do you see the art of painting going, today? Is painting growing onto something altogether different, totally new meaning ?

In your own words, see if you can tell about any of the artists mentioned below and how they inspired you ! We are aiming to wrap ourselves around the global-art evolution and with ’school’ we are suggestion movement, or some dynamic that’s not a waste of time to peruse.

As painters we create a hierarchy like in flock of birds;there will reshaping as our leadership is redefined again with each noticeable contribution.

Considering that this patterning has been going on for centuries,  we can now dream of a ‘painters-shrine or a church’

Sooooo, We are now inviting painters to join us….to create a
’school’. We can suggest that there are several ways to gain our keen
interest, Should you decided to have your gallery on Opensala, remember that your contributions will diminish your costs, both in joining, and in upgrading your pages.

We provide galleries, personal pages,printed special event announcements and help in
mounting your show- with a business plan dedicated  to you…tailored  to your specific need….
But first, Are you really a painter? How could we ever tell? One obvious way is to pose a question – If you work in any genre, can you please give to us a commentary on one master in your eyes and what is your special point of view here?

Additionally, if anyone can give us his view about any one of the current OPENSALA MEMBERS ….(you’ll be next to be reviewed by new comers)

*** Entry fees are initial sign-up come with a bio and statement including VIDEO, with one gallery of no more than 24 images comes to $500. Subsequent gallery of 24 or less images are $250.
